Who supplies hotel laundry equipment with local service in Xi’an?

LEVIC provides hotel laundry equipment selection, supply, installation and commissioning, followed by maintenance, repairs and parts support. Our disclosed project experience includes hotels under InterContinental, Hyatt, Marriott and Hilton brands. Westin and Wyndham Grand equipment projects have been signed and are being implemented.

Where is maintenance available, and how quickly can an engineer arrive?

LEVIC provides quarterly and annual maintenance and urgent repairs in Xi’an and surrounding areas. The engineering team can serve nearby cities roughly three hours away by high-speed rail. Acceptance and arrival time depend on the equipment, location, transport and service schedule.

Is LEVIC the authorized Shaanxi agent for PONY, UniMac or Primus?

LEVIC supplies PONY finishing equipment and UniMac and Primus commercial laundry equipment, with selection and parts support. Supply does not by itself prove exclusive or official authorization for a brand in Shaanxi. Request current documents for the specific brand, products and territory before purchasing.

How should a hotel laundry equipment package be specified?

Start with daily linen throughput, guest laundry needs, space and utility conditions. Then specify washers, dryers, flatwork ironing, garment finishing and auxiliary equipment. LEVIC develops a project proposal and detailed design from these inputs and the budget, followed by supply, installation and training.

What information is needed for a spare parts inquiry?

Send the equipment brand and model, a nameplate photo, the part number if available, photos of the faulty or old part, and the required quantity. LEVIC can check specifications and compatibility. Stock, price and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.

Can a hotel laundry design be reused for a hospital?

No. The textiles, workflows and management requirements differ. Confirm the hospital’s throughput, clean and soiled flows, site conditions and applicable requirements before selecting equipment and a maintenance plan. LEVIC can discuss the equipment and project scope against those inputs.
